Foundation Repair:

A local customer contacted us about foundation and waterproofing issues.

Our team began by carefully excavating the foundation in the affected areas. Once we exposed the foundation's French drain at the bottom of the footing, we hand-dug the gas line service.

We installed new waterproofing, separated the mud and dirt from the old stone, and added fresh 3/4 clean gravel along with new filter fabric so the drain will last another 20 years.

Our crew then carefully backfilled the foundation to prevent any settlement or cracking of the block.

To touch things up, we cut grade down and pitched it away from the foundation to ensure all water runs away.

In the end, we provided a permanent solution for years to come and gained a very satisfied customer.

This customer had water coming in the back kitchen door during heavy rain storms, which caused massive amounts of damage to the interior & exterior. Our solution? Installing an oversized dry well with two catch basins connected to 200ft of french drain out of the back side of the property. Quick little project today. We had left over shale and top soil from a drainage project we did at a customers house. Instead of trucking it out, we relocated the material on site and used it to regrade the embankment, making maintenance much more safe and easy this summer.
