🎂 RAISE A GLASS TO SUE! 🥂🍷

October 1st is a very special day at Souther Williams Vineyard—it’s Sue’s Birthday!

Sue is one of those people who simply brings a smile to the tasting room. With her warm personality, welcoming spirit, and genuine kindness, she has a way of making every guest she meets feel right at home. We are so grateful to have her as part of our vineyard family.

And if you joined us for our Murder Mystery this past year, you already know Sue has a little theatrical flair, too! 🎭 We’re still not sure whether we should trust that sweet smile… 😉🔎

Today, we’re raising our glasses to Sue and celebrating another trip around the sun. ☀️🍷

🍷 A Birthday Toast to Our Vintner, Ken Parker! 🎂

Today, we raise a glass to the man behind the vines — Ken Parker!

Without Ken, there would be no Souther Williams Vineyard. No rows of vines winding through the valley. No glasses raised on the patio. No music drifting across the vineyard. And no place where so many friendships, conversations, celebrations, and wonderfully lazy afternoons have taken root.

What started as Ken’s vision has grown into something much bigger — a place where people come for the w**e, stay for the afternoon, and somehow leave feeling like part of the family.

Ken has poured his heart, determination, and probably more than a few choice words at Mother Nature into every acre. 😉 And through it all, he’s created something pretty special.

So here’s to you, Ken…

🥂 May your vines be healthy,
your barrels be full,
your harvests be plentiful,
your glass never be empty,
and may you always have a vineyard full of friends willing to help you drink the fruits of your labor!
