I as a private investigator agency am very upset with a specific officer trying to intimidate my secretary of my agency/ corporation as this specific police dept still is set in its old ways of proactive policing. This public servant while myself and my children were in our vehicle having a great day going to my family was pulled over and my fiance with myself & my kids in the vehicle were intimidated by her stance and approach of a road side traffic stop trying to get my secretary to self
Incriminate herself which my secretary refused to do so and we our rights will not be violated under the 5th amendment . we held our ground stating we wont answer questions without our attorney present while we were being intimidated by this public servant. I am asking that this specific city be reprimanded for still not acknowledging what America has gone thru over the last 5 plus years and how proactive policing doesn’t work in America anymore! Myself being former police and from that city where i held a volunteer position I ashamed of that city how they are there at that police agency and district court as the clerk then asked me to pay which I explained I’m not paying off you that’s corruption at it’s finest! Way to go city way to go. I’ll be filing a complaint with my states agent in lansing Monday. This will not go away city ! This will not go away! Our agency attorney will have some words in this matter.
