We have available this rare and highly collectible 1977 23' GMC Birchhaven by Coachman RV. 85,000 miles. This is a project with a clear Michigan title. This 1977 GMC was retrofitted by the Coachman RV company and they only made a few hundred of these. Not only are these highly collectible and prized in the vintage RV world but if you are looking for one of the GMC's, this is the one to get. It features a 455 c.i. Oldsmobile big block engine and front wheel drive as well as an Onan generator. These are current pictures in its current state. It is one hundred percent complete. The unit has been sitting for a number of years and we have it to the point where it runs on starting fluid. We have not done anything past that. You are responsible for moving it. We will put a battery in to show you that it will run off of the spray and the engine sounds good with no knocks or noises. The battery is not included. We are trying to avoid parting this unit out, but could make a quite a bit more money if we do so. Our hopes is that somebody's going to purchase it, save it, and love it.
