Justice for Jessica Phelps Searching for the person(s) who kidnapped & killed my 4-year-old cousin in 1997. It's been too long! I feel this can be done with YOUR help. Thank you.

My family and I would really love to bring some closure to this case and we'd like to do it now. It's been almost 16 years since 4-year-old Jessie disappeared from her home in Flint. Her skeletal remains were found in a drainage ditch in Atlas Township 9 months later. We spent 9 months searching, hoping, praying and clinging to every ounce of hope imaginable that she would be found alive. No child

deserves to have their life taken from them, especially at such a young age. Our family has suffered tremendously. While I know the pain will never end, some closure in knowing who and why someone took her life would bring a little healing and allow us to move on.
