Clay County HFI Clay County HFI program is available to anyone who is pregnant or has a baby. We are a group of family support specialists.

At the heart of the role is trust, respect, and partnership. We walk alongside families and help them feel capable and supported.

We had so much fun today at Trick or Treat street! We were able to catch up with available community resources and get to talk to families! Of course we had Animal being crazy and doing Animal things along with other members of Sesame Street there! Thank you to everyone who stopped by today!

🎃Our HFI families were invited out for a group day at the pumpkin patch with the P.L.A.Y families! We had so much fun starting off with a pumpkin craft and learning about the Ostriches! Afterwards was free time with the corn maze, hay maze, and slides! It was such a beautiful day to spend outside at the patch. We finished off with a light snack and refreshment also!

We would love to have you join us at our next group! Not only do you get a fun planned out play date but you get the support from other moms and families and you’re own support person!
