Neighbors decided to share the cost for this project to both gain better access to their backyards and also wanted some landscaping beds to add some color to their property. We dug out some of the excess dirt, built small layered retaining walls to create landscaping beds and added stairs to add access to the backyards!

The Problem: Customer needed more outdoor living space and to correct some drainage issues.
The Solution: We created a 400 square foot patio using Oxford Elite pavers (customer choice) and got to work! Previous drainage problems were corrected with grading during construction process.

🚫The problem: broken concrete steps and rock and mortar retaining wall were crumbling and failing.

✅The solution: We did a complete tear out and replaced her main retaining wall with hickory allan block. We added 4 ft precast concrete steps, a new paver sidewalk with contrast edging and tiered walls to accent landscaping beds.

❌Problem: Customers backyard hillside was constantly wet, hard to mow and offered limited access to wooded area.
✅Solution: This weeks project includes building a retaining wall to create a flatter yard coming from existing concrete pad. We will also install steps to create a pathway to additional seating area.
