For the health and longevity of your KitchenAid Mixer, you must have properly fitting attachments!

If you donā€™t, you may eventually strip the gears, or worse!

Note: It should not be loose or wobble when you secure your attachment. In this case, the gears were still healthy, but the attachment needs to be replaced.

All fixed up and ready for our customer to start her very own home bakery!

We took it apart, diagnosed and fixed the speed control board that had corrosion, fixed the gears that were installed incorrectly by a previous repairman (who used a transmission shim to make it fit).

The loud screeching noises are gone and the mixer now has all speeds functioning properly!

Next upā€¦ when to toss your mixer adjustments due to poor fitting!

When it comes to repairs, trust the professionals at Fix It 2 Mix It!
If you donā€™t, you may end up with more issues than you started with!

This mixer was noisy, started screeching, and skipping gears. The gears were put together improperly (with a transmission shim) And the speed control board had corrosion.

After diagnosing multiple issues, we got her all cleaned and fixed up! After video to follow!
