Two weeks ago, in Boone circuit court, I helped a mom tell her story about her two young children who were hurt in a car accident.

The story completely justified the $1,450,000 verdict returned. This included $250,000 to punish the driver of the other car. The story was so sad. I think I’m still recovering from it.
