🧼Tips on getting the most out of your housekeeper! 🧹
Let me preface this with I do not expect any of my customers to have to take out all their cleaning supplies and clean in between appointments!
These are a few quick tips:
*Try to keep appointments at the minimum of 4weeks in between. (The more time in between, is more build up to clean)
*Try to pick up toys 🧸, dirty clothes 🧦, and dishes (More time can go to cleaning when I don’t have to put things away and don’t know where things belong)
*Place counter clutter away or have an empty box (that way I can get to the counters to clean and not misplace items)
*Keep valuables, money 💵, credit cards 💳, medications 💊 in a safe and discreet place (opposed to all over, it just helps so nothing is misplaced or lost)
*In showers and tubs, periodically go thru bottles and discard unused or empty bottles. (it just helps when moving a few bottles vs 40+)
*If dishwasher is emptied before I come it helps save some time, I don’t know where everyone keeps their dishes. I don’t mind loading it back up with the dirty dishes 😉
*This one is totally up to client…BUT with sticky spills, it takes a few seconds to wipe up with paper towel (even with your foot) vs waiting days, weeks later and I have to take more time getting down and scrapping it off the floor. I don’t mind but again it takes away from other things needed to be cleaned.
