This time last week we were preparing for what would be an enlightening evening for our South Dade community; and indeed, it turned out to be a beautiful reminder of what can happen when people, ideas, and opportunities come together with a shared commitment to community.
Our South Dade Connections Networking Mixer was filled with meaningful conversations, new introductions, business connections, collaboration, and—most importantly—the spirit of community.
A special thank you to Jaleesa Rivera of The Miami Foundation and Joshua Numa of the Miami Bayside Foundation for joining us and being part of the conversation. Your presence made the evening even more meaningful as we continue building bridges and connecting resources with the people and organizations doing great work in South Dade.
To everyone who showed up, brought a friend, shared your business, exchanged a card, made an introduction, or simply came ready to connect—THANK YOU. Additionally, we are grateful for our continued collaboration with Amazon, Homestead CRA and our local municipalities.
This is exactly why South Dade Connections exists. We believe South Dade has tremendous talent, energy, ideas, and potential. Our role is to help bring people together, create opportunities for collaboration, and serve as a catalyst for positive change. And last night was just the beginning.
New connections. New opportunities. Stronger South Dade. Thank you for connecting with us. 💚
