Job Title: Executive Virtual Assistant (Credit Repair Specialist)

About the Role:
We are hiring a highly skilled Executive Virtual Assistant with strong administrative expertise and a working knowledge of credit repair processes. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling executive-level tasks while also assisting clients with credit repairβrelated activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive administrative support including scheduling, email management, document preparation, and client coordination.
Assist with credit repair processes such as reviewing credit reports, identifying discrepancies, and drafting dispute letters.
Manage client onboarding, maintain CRM systems, and track progress of credit repair cases.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding updates, required documentation, and next steps.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
Research industry best practices and support process improvements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Task completion accuracy and timeliness.
Client satisfaction rating (90%+ target).
Turnaround time for credit repair tasks and dispute letters.
Response time to client inquiries (target: within 5 hours).
Escalation rate β€ 10%.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong executive administrative skills (calendar, communication, reporting).
Familiarity with credit repair systems, laws (FCRA, FDCPA), and processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in credit repair or financial services preferred.
