If you’re doing construction in your home please read!

Cleaners are the FINAL step. Absolute finallllll. I cannot quote a house accordingly if paint is not done, flooring is not done, plastic and tape still up .. I cannot run any numbers at all. There are specific reasons I do not do “estimates” without physically seeing the home, which means the house must be completed.

My quotes are free but my gas & time are not. Please keep that in mind when booking a quote of any kind.
