SOME OF THE LEAST PROFITABLE CUSTOMERS WILL COST YOU THE MOST ENERGY.

That’s something I wish I understood earlier in business.

You’ll have a customer paying you less than everybody else…

but they call the most.

Complain the most.

Want the most extras.

Question every price.

And somehow expect VIP treatment on a bargain-budget account. 😂

Then you finally raise the price…

they leave…

and a month later you realize:

The route got easier.

The headaches disappeared.

And the money barely changed.

That’s when it clicks.

MORE CUSTOMERS DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN MORE PROFIT.

Sometimes the smartest move you can make is charging what the work is actually worth and being completely fine with losing the customers who only stayed because you were too cheap.

Stop measuring your lawn business by how many lawns you cut.

Measure it by how much PROFIT is left when the week is over.
