I am so excited about our new tools to help reduce stress and improve performance. We recently completed as assessment of top performers and all of them needed help managing stress in this time.

That’s how good leaders keep good people- help them!! We are happy to help you identify performance needs at no cost for up to 10 sales people in January.

As Kevin Harrington said in our most recent book we did together, Cracking The Rich Code V3, “if someone has internal barriers its like driving with one foot on the gas and one on the brakes wondering why your not going anywhere”.

Attention Sales Leaders: Don’t get stuck waiting for HR or the recruiter to send you what they think is an A-Player. A sales hire can sell you into believing they will produce but lack the mental fortitude to do so in this difficult environment. You need to know exactly how to build a high-performance team and we can help answer some of your most challenging questions-Fast!

· Who are my best performers?
· Where are the risks?
· Who should I promote?
· Who is about to burn out?
· Who is the best hire for a critical position?
· How do I make better choices on candidates?
· How do I retain my new hires/high performers?
· How do I increase productivity?
· How do we help a new team work together?
· Where are the gaps?

We don’t want you to be in fight, flight or frozen stress. So, we have put together a series of mindset shifts to help you lower your stress and improve on your leadership skills as we close out Q3 in 2021.

With the changes in our working environment, you may notice that the capabilities and skills needed for sales success in the work from home (WFH) environment may be different than your “old” A-Player profile.

Smart Leaders are turning to neuroscience to make better decision, reduce stress and develop better thinking in their teams in order to meet the challenges of 2020 and beyond.

We conducted a study to map the mindset of the new A-Player to help create a template for hiring and coaching sales representatives to Sell Like Champs Virtually!

Neuroscience based study outlining the performance drivers and barriers to high performing sales executives.
