We received a message from a father this week that we had to share.
While one of our concrete crews was finishing a project, his 5-year-old son stopped to watch. Instead of just waving, the crew invited him over and let him help. They showed him the tools, explained the process, and made him feel like part of the team.
Later, his dad told us that when he asked his son what the best part of the day was, his answer was simple:
"Working with the concrete men."
That's the kind of thing that means a lot to us.
We're proud of the work we do, but we're even more proud of the people who take the time to make a difference in someone's day.
