Our staff is working hard to get photos and information out to the owners for the common areas. There is minimal damage to properties. The commons areas are being cleaned up and most properties are ready for use. We will send out individual updates but I wanted to provide something here for those looking for information. It’s an abnormally beautiful day!

At 7 a.m., the Gulf Shores curfew will expire. Following a thorough assessment, public safety crews have determined that conditions on the roadways and bridges are safe for travel. The W.C. Holmes Bridge (Hwy. 59) and the Alabama 161 South Bridge (Alabama Beaches Parkway) will open to traffic at 7 a.m.

Motorists are encouraged to exercise caution while traveling, as crews may still be working in some areas and conditions can change. Any intersection with a flashing traffic signal should be treated as a four-way stop. Drivers should come to a complete stop, yield the right-of-way as appropriate, and proceed with caution.

🌀 Hurricane Isaias is showing up whether we want it to or not! 🌧️

A HUGE shout-out to the entire Waves Team — from our bookkeepers and managers to our admin and services teams! 👏💙

Our team has worked incredibly hard to prepare our associations and owners for the storm, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their dedication and teamwork!

Some of our crew is still out there finishing up, making sure everything is taken care of. A special shout-out to our Service Team, who are out in this weather doing what they do best! 💪🌧️

Jim, Trae, and Sheila are still hanging out in the rain! ☔😂 Stay safe out there, guys!

JUST IN: Hurricane is now expected to reach major hurricane status (Cat 3) by Friday morning before weakening to a category 2 by landfall.
