Still celebrating my 3rd Place win at the 2026 South Alabama Foodies Bake Off! 🎉

These cinnamon rolls are made from scratch with a soft, pillowy dough, swirled with rich brown sugar and cinnamon, and a little something extra special—my handmade cinnamon extract. They’re finished with a generous layer of brown butter cream cheese icing for the perfect sweet, buttery finish. 🤎

It was such an honor to have them recognized by the judges! I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who stopped by, tried a sample, shared kind words, and supported me throughout the event. Every compliment and bit of feedback means more than you know.

This beautiful birthday cake featured four layers of rich chocolate cake, filled with silky chocolate mousse and decadent chocolate ganache, then finished with delicious buttercream icing and handmade white chocolate seashells. 🤎🐚

🥉🍪 THIRD PLACE NEVER TASTED SO SWEET! 🍪🥉

My Browned Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies brought home a 3rd Place ribbon at the 2026 South Alabama Foodies Bake-Off! 🏆✨

These cookies are one of my favorites, and every little detail is intentional:

🤎 Rich, nutty browned butter
🍫 A decadent blend of three kinds of chocolate
✨ Handmade vanilla bean paste for an extra layer of flavor
🧂 Finished with a light dusting of sea salt for the perfect sweet-and-salty bite

Crisp around the edges, soft and chewy in the center, and packed with layers of chocolatey, buttery goodness. 🍪🤤

I’m so proud to see one of my signature treats recognized by the judges! This little ribbon means so much and makes all the testing, tweaking, and baking completely worth it. 💕

What an AMAZING way to celebrate my birthday! 🎂🧁🏆

Today I had the opportunity to compete in the 2026 South Alabama Foodies Bake Off, and I’m coming home with FOUR ribbons! 🎀✨

🥈 1 Second Place
🥉 3 Third Place

I’m so incredibly proud and grateful! There’s something extra special about spending my birthday doing what I love—baking, creating, and sharing my passion with others. 💕

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged and supported me and Once Upon a Pastry along the way. Today was definitely a birthday to remember! 🥹🎂
