Woerner Turf Baldwin County sod farm supplying St. Augustine, Centipede, Bermuda, and Palisades Zoysia sod.

Woerner Turf’s Bon Secour Farm is located on County Road 12 in South Baldwin County and consists of a variety of sod types and agriculture crops. The farm has been under ownership and management of Woerner Turf since 1995. This farm serves markets along the Gulf Coast from Eastern Louisiana all the way to Pensacola, FL and as far north as Birmingham, AL. Currently, these 5 varieties of sod are available from Woerner Turf Bon Secour:

Centipede
Classic St. Augustine
Palisades Zoysia ™
Certified 419 Bermuda
Tiftuf Bermuda ™
Along with sod, this farm is home to a number of row crops. These serve as rotation crops grown in between multiple sod harvesting cycles to replenish essential nutrients back into the soil. The row crops grown on this farm include:

Soy Beans
Sweet Corn
Along with sod and row crops, we also grow and harvest Centipede Seed that is grown under ASPA, TPI and SSCA specifications.

Okay, you killed the weeds. Now let’s try to keep them from coming back. This is where pre-emergent comes in.

Think of it as getting ahead of the problem instead of waiting until you’re standing in your yard wondering where the heck all these weeds came from!

Herbicide = weeds that are already there.
Pre-emergent = helps prevent certain weeds before they pop up.
