Two years ago, we gathered in Calistoga for Impact Table's very first Connect & Elevate retreat.

We came looking for connection.

What we found was community.

Over three days, we reflected on our energy, dreamed about the future, shared our stories, celebrated our wins, and reminded one another that leadership doesn't have to be a solo journey.

Some of the women who attended are still cheering each other on today.

Because that's the thing about spaces like this: the conversations don't end when the retreat does.

They become friendships.
Collaborations.
Sources of courage.
Reminders that you're not carrying it all alone.

There’s still time to join us for what promises to be a powerful conversation with Fatima Angeles.

As Executive Director of the Levi Strauss & Co. Foundation, Fatima has spent her career advancing equity, supporting movements for justice, and investing in leaders working to create lasting change. As Executive Director of the Levi Strauss & Co. Foundation, Fatima leads work dedicated to outfitting movements and leaders fighting for a more just and abundant world. Her career has spanned philanthropy, public health, youth development, and movement-centered leadership—always rooted in advancing equity, well-being, and community impact.
