“A new beginning is always available to us.”

We love this reminder from Cleo Wade because it speaks to something so many women in our community are navigating right now.

A leadership transition.
A new season.
A bold idea that won’t leave you alone.
A decision that’s asking to be made.
A version of yourself that’s ready to emerge.

The women who gather at Impact Table are doing meaningful work in the world. They are leading organizations, building movements, navigating uncertainty, and creating change.

And yet, even the most accomplished leaders need spaces where they can pause, reflect, reconnect with themselves, and imagine what comes next.

That’s what we’re building at the Table.

A community where mission-driven women can be supported through moments of growth and transition. A place to leave behind what no longer serves you and step more fully into the leader you are becoming.

Because none of us are meant to navigate change alone.

If you've been looking for a community of women who understand both the responsibility and possibility of leadership, we invite you to join us for a future Open House.

Come experience what it means to take a seat at the Table.

There are leaders whose careers reflect not only professional success, but deep and sustained commitment to people, justice, and systems change.

That’s what we see in Fatima Angeles.

As Executive Director of the Levi Strauss & Co. Foundation, Fatima leads work dedicated to outfitting movements and leaders fighting for a more just and abundant world. Her career has spanned philanthropy, public health, youth development, and movement-centered leadership—always rooted in advancing equity, well-being, and community impact.

We’re honored to welcome Fatima as our next guest in the Impact Table Visionary Speaker Series on June 16.

Our Visionary Speaker Sessions are intimate, member and invite-only gatherings where respected women leaders in impact share the real story behind their leadership journey—the lessons learned, tensions navigated, pivots taken, and truths uncovered along the way.

These conversations are about more than accomplishments.
They’re about wisdom.
Honesty.
Connection.
And the kind of insight that helps all of us lead with greater intention and courage.

During this session, Fatima will offer an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at her leadership and impact journey, followed by an open Q&A and small-group conversation with members.

We know this conversation will resonate deeply with women navigating leadership in philanthropy, nonprofit, social impact, and movement spaces right now.

✨ Interested in joining us as a guest? We’d love to welcome you to the Table. Details in the comments.

There’s a reason so many women in social impact feel exhausted, isolated, or stretched beyond capacity.

Too often, leadership spaces focus only on productivity and performance—without creating room for the humanity required to sustain meaningful impact over time.

Impact Table was built differently.

We created this community to support mission-driven women leaders not just in what they do, but in who they are becoming.

Inside membership, women unlock:
✨ Leadership coaching and development
✨ Leaders Circles and peer advisory
✨ Visionary Speaker Sessions with respected women leaders in impact
✨ Thoughtful community connection across sectors and generations
✨ Retreats and gatherings designed for reflection, growth, and renewal
✨ Real conversations about leadership, ambition, wellness, and navigating change

This is a space for women building movements, leading organizations, shaping culture, and solving some of the world’s most pressing challenges.

A space to be supported while doing work that matters deeply.

Because when women in impact are connected, resourced, and thriving, entire communities benefit.

Today, we’re celebrating the mothers and mother figures of Impact Table 💛

The women raising children.
The women mentoring the next generation.
The women caregiving for family, friends, communities, and movements.
The women holding space, creating safety, offering wisdom, and nurturing possibility in a million different ways.

At Impact Table, we believe leadership and care are deeply connected.

The women in this community are doing some of the world’s most important work—leading organizations, building movements, supporting communities, and driving change—while also carrying the deeply meaningful labor of caregiving and nurturing others.

We see you.
The invisible labor.
The emotional load.
The resilience.
The tenderness.
The constant balancing act between ambition, impact, and care.

And we also know this: the world is better because of the way you lead.

Impact Table was built as a space where mission-driven women can gather in community, support one another through complexity and growth, and step more fully into their leadership without having to carry it all alone.

Today, we hope you’ll join us in celebrating the women who mother in countless ways while helping shape a better world ✨

There’s something that happens when Impact Table members gather.

You can feel it in the room.
In the conversations that go deeper, faster.
In the way women show up—not just as professionals, but as whole people.

At our very first Connect & Elevate retreat in 2024, this came to life in the most powerful way. And it continues to happen in virtual and in-person rooms each week.

Across generations, geographies, and areas of expertise, what connects our members isn’t just the work.
It is a shared commitment to growth.
To supporting one another.
To stepping more fully into leadership, together.

This is the magic of Impact Table.
A community designed not just for connection, but for collective elevation.

✨ If you’ve been looking for a space that will expand your community and your leadership, we invite you to experience it for yourself.

Join us for our upcoming Open House on May 7.

You’ll hear directly from Impact Table creator Marssie Versola, Global Community Builder Sarah Middleton, and Head of Coaching & Community Danielle Veira alongside members of our community, as they share what we’re building and what membership looks like in action.

We’d love to have you at the Table.

Can’t make this one? We host Open Houses each month—check the comments for details. 💛

The women leading mission-driven work right now are carrying something heavier than busy.

Market volatility and economic uncertainty
The introduction and rapid proliferation of AI and new technologies
Shifting workplace dynamics
Geopolitical dynamics
Funding cuts
Staff and teams that are stretched thin and burning out
Escalating needs from children, parents, and neighbors at home
And communities that need them to be steady, even when they don't feel steady themselves.

Mission-driven women leaders are facing challenge after challenge right now, requiring a new set of skills to navigate.

Leaders who cultivate a high-performance + high-humanity environment are clear and centered in who they are at their core, and lead from a place of certainty in their values, beliefs, and expectations.

The Human Core Assessment uncovers what is important and what needs attention to stay balanced and steady amidst uncertainty.

Drawing upon principles of human motivation, the seven dimensions capture the key areas that drive human behavior at work and in the world.

At the Impact Table, we believe that women in impact deserve access to tools and resources that actually meet this moment.

So this quarter we're thrilled to welcome Dr. Sumona de Graaf and Allison Williams of idealis. to the Impact Table to guide our members through The Human Core Assessment.

The Human Core Assessment is a research-backed look at the seven dimensions that shape how human beings show up in the world: Spiritual, Physical, Social, Financial, Emotional, Moral, and Mental.

It reveals what's most important to you right now, and what needs your attention to stay balanced and steady through change so that you can lead with clarity and thrive.

This assessment and session is available to Impact Table Members.

What does it actually mean to lead? Not the title, not the role, not the way we were taught to perform authority. The real, lived, inside-out experience of leading from who you are.

At the Impact Table, we believe that personal growth isn't a nice-to-have. It's the foundation everything else is built on. When we know ourselves, our values, our edges, our blind spots, and our gifts, we bring clarity and conviction to our leadership. We lead with more intention, authenticity, and create greater impact.

This month's Visionary Speaker Session is an invitation to explore exactly that. We're so honored to be joined by J. Renay Loper, a deeply gifted educator, writer, and leader who has spent her career helping people unlock the kind of leadership that changes things from the inside out.

Impact Table Visionary Speaker Sessions are private member and invite-only gatherings that bring respected women leaders in impact to share about their personal leadership and impact journey and important lessons learned along the way.

Our guests share an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at their own leadership and impact journey and share tips and tools they’ve learned, giving members the real talk, connection, and truth we all crave and inspiration you can take with you on your own path.

We can't wait to host special guest J. Renay Loper this month on April 21st at 12pm Pacific | 3pm Eastern.

J. Renay Loper is an impact strategist who centers people, catalyzes change, and leverages strategic partnerships across sectors to shift systems and address complex social problems globally. She brings extensive experience leading initiatives across Southeast Asia, Europe, Western Africa, and the US, including work with Fortune 100 clients on social impact strategy and co-leading work on inclusive circular cities. She is the creator of Rhetoric to Action, a cross-sector conversation series bridging collective action around social and racial justice.

A professor at Bard College's MBA in Sustainability program and adjunct professor at NYU, Renay teaches Personal Leadership Development and has facilitated sessions at the United Nations and the US Department of State. She serves on the boards of Community Change, Harpswell Foundation, Girl Rising, and HATCH, and is a member of the BMW Foundation Responsible Leaders Network.

We love hearing from Impact Table members about what it's like for them at the Table ... ✨

Sometimes it's hard to put into words the connection, the conversations, and the real, authentic, human, shared spaces we crave.

But we know it when we find it.

And the power of having that space changes us from the inside out.

"I didn't know exactly what I was looking for or how to articulate it going into this, but realized that THIS is it. So thank you."
