Another carb rebuild on a C40 Yamaha going on a wooden boat a customer built. Engine has sat some time and clogged some of the jets. Put through ultrasonic cleaner and rebuilt and ready to go!!!

1997 Yamaha 30 sat up for awhile. Rebuilt carbs and had to replace slow speed jets as they where damaged prior to removal from someone else. Also found thermostat was stuck open and replaced wouldn’t build block pressure. Customer said he replaced water pump. All good after the repairs.

2005 Mercury 225 EFI 4 stroke (Yamaha) engine wouldn’t start. Found hp fuel pump died. Burnt connector inside vst. 1 injector not flowing like others servicing both engines and cleaning injectors and vsts.

2004 Yamaha F150 1600 hours . Did a little service work changed fluids, resealed lower unit had some water in it. Replaced anodes, water pump, fuel filters. Getting customer back on water!!!!!! He was having a overheat issue, don’t understand why!!!!!😂
