LC Plus Technology exists because of something we experienced firsthand.

Before this became a company, it was real work inside a complex, highly regulated healthcare environment. The focus was on protecting sensitive data, supporting systems that could not fail, and ensuring critical services remained available for the people who depend on them every day.

Over time, a pattern became clear. Technology was evolving faster than many organizations could reasonably manage. Risk was increasing, expectations were rising, and teams were being asked to carry that responsibility without the resources to do so confidently.

This was not theoretical. It showed up in daily operations through difficult decisions, growing uncertainty, and constant pressure to maintain stability in an increasingly complex environment. That experience shaped LC Plus Technology.

Today, our role is to support organizations across Wisconsin by protecting what matters, reducing risk in practical ways, and creating clarity where technology has become difficult to navigate. We believe the organizations that serve our communities should not have to carry that burden alone.

LC Plus Tech exists because of a real need we saw right here in our community.

As a subsidiary of Lakeland Care, a Wisconsin‑based Managed Care Organization serving individuals through the Family Care Program, we have deeply people‑centered, community‑focused roots.

LC Plus Tech was shaped by the lived experience of Lakeland Care’s internal IT team. These professionals spent years protecting highly sensitive data and supporting mission‑critical systems in a complex, regulated healthcare environment. That work made one thing clear: as technology became more complex and cyber threats increased, many organizations doing important work were not resourced to manage that risk alone.

So LC Plus Tech was created with a non‑profit mindset and a clear purpose.

We exist to support organizations across Wisconsin that play a critical role in their communities. We recognize that technology risk has grown faster than many teams can reasonably manage. Our role is to shoulder that burden by protecting systems, creating clarity, and reducing uncertainty.
