The Menominee School Board voted on Wednesday to move Central Elementary over to Blesch Intermediate in the 2024-2025 school year.

We agree! In our work, “communication is about creating mutual understanding.” Too often people want to just do communication tactics, without planning or reason.

We can send out all the ”stuff” but if we haven’t created mutual understanding then all the “stuff” doesn’t matter! We believe in strategic, targeted communication!

We had the pleasure of attending the Marinette School District "sneak peek" tour of the new Marinette Primary School and Marinette Intermediate School which were recently modernized thanks to the community's support of a referendum. We were proud to support the District with this referendum and wish the students and staff a wonderful first day of school on September 1st!

MARINETTE (WLUK) -- A $30. 9 million referendum projectthat passed in November 2020 for the Marinette School District is almost complete.

When Proactive Communication Wins the Day.

It is our privilege to work every day with educators and leaders of education. Doing this work, I'm always reminded that sound communication practices win the day.

Today's Lesson: Write a straightforward letter to parents acknowledging an oversight, apologize for the inaccuracy, and express appreciation. "Wa La" - controversy over. It just goes to show that if we are proactive in our communication, the "issue" usually resolves itself. Hats off to all who understand communication is a powerful tool for effective leadership. (We are here to help power up your communication too!)

It was a big night in Wisconsin for public schools. We are happy to provide pre-referendum communication assistance during difficult operational referendums. Trevor Wilmot and Edgar won their operational referendums. Merrill wasn't so fortunate. Nonetheless, ALL these school leaders work hard every day! We are proud of the work they do and honored to support them!
