Planning a Quince does not begin with booking vendors offering a discount. Planning a quince does not begin with booking the venue first. And it does not begin with setting a budget.

Why? Because, without a quince blueprint, how do you know what specific vendor you need and for how many hours? How do you know the venue your booking meets all your quince elements needs. What if you want over the top decorations, only to find out the venue you booked only allows in house vendors? And you’re setting a budget based on what? You haven’t done the research to know what’s the average price for each vendor.

So what do you do first? You built a quince blueprint based on the elements you want to have for your daughter’s special day. Every detail goes into this quince blueprint. Vision, colors, entertainment, food, venue style, intimate or big event, hair style, make up, court outfits, pictures, videos
 I mean everything!!

And how do you create one if you don’t hire a quince event specialist like me? Well simple. I teach you. Want to know more?

Sophia’s Quinceañera:
Coordinator of Formalities
Dress Assistant
Choreography

Sophia’s big day started at 3pm.

This is what we mean by, not every event is the same, therefore, we don’t offer the same package to every client.

There was no getting ready at the house, pictures at the park or church service. So we created a package that fit Sophia’s special day.

Choreography with 6 girls in her court required only 6 practices, 2 hours each, once a week.

Dress assistant started as soon we got to the venue. Sophia used our all inclusive dress assistant service which meant that her mom was stress free from changing her outfits.

Coordination of formalities began as soon as dinner started. Coordinating w the dj and making sure formalities ran smoothly. Again mom and dad enjoyed the night care free.

Creating the perfect team for your event is key. And having vendors work alongside is also key.

Sophia’s quince was a beautiful one and we can’t wait to show you footage of her special night!

Chances are, if you’re planning your daughter’s quinceañera, your algorithm is now filled with nothing but quince content.

And while there’s a LOT of advice out there, here’s the truth:

Not all quinces are created the same.

What works for one quince may not work for another—and following vague or generalized advice can sometimes create more problems than it solves.

And although many content creators mean well, there’s a difference between sharing an opinion and giving advice based on years of professional experience.

That’s where I’ll be stepping in.
