Open the drop door and see there isn’t any room for your bags? Don’t panic, just let staff know! 🙏

Whether you’re returning your Green and Blue Bags at a full-service BottleDrop Redemption Center or at a retailer, staff can shuffle bags away from the door opening or request an extra pick-up if needed.

🤔️ Wonder what happens to your plastic bottles after you redeem them with BottleDrop?

♻️ All plastic returned through Oregon's Bottle Bill is recycled in St. Helens, OR. Bottles are sorted, chipped, washed, and turned into high-grade rPET flake (the raw material for new plastic products, including new bottles!).

Even the caps get recycled, so be sure to screw your plastic cap back on your empty bottle before you return it!

Thank you for showing up for your neighbors 🧡

Because of you, we've raised $20,684 for wildfire relief so far. Every bottle, can, and online donation adds up to real support for Oregon communities recovering from wildfires.

There's still time to help. We're matching all donations to our Emergency Fund (up to $25k total) through Sept. 30, supporting Red Cross Cascades Region, Oregon Chapter of the WFF, and the Oregon Community Foundation.

Donate online from your Green Bag account or bring your redeemable containers to the Customer Service counter at any full-service BottleDrop Redemption Center. Learn more at BottleDrop.com/Wildfire

Statewide container recycling wouldn’t be possible without our drivers. This National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, we're recognizing the people who keep Oregon’s bottles and cans moving. 🚛🙏

Our dedicated drivers are on the road, hauling containers across the state every day, rain or shine, early mornings and long routes. That’s Matt keeping his eyes on the road, James waving hello mid-route, and Gene loading up bottles and cans from a retailer.

To everyone hauling routes across Oregon: thank you for putting in the miles, the hustle, and the hard work most people never see. We see you. We appreciate you. 🙌

Ana The Artist just wrapped up her mural at our newest BottleDrop Redemption Center (opening later this Fall!), and it's pretty incredible. Fun fact: all the paint used in this mural is made in Portland, Oregon by Rodda Miller — talk about staying local! 🖌️🎨

Oregon is lucky to have nonprofits like these.

Through BottleDrop Give, we get to help fuel the work of thousands of incredible organizations across the state. These four are just a few examples of the many nonprofits driving positive change for Oregon and we're honored to feature them on BottleDrop trucks:

🌲 Heart of Oregon Corps
🐟 Necanicum Watershed Council
🌱 AntFarm Youth Services
🪖 Honoring Heroes

From youth job training to veteran support to watershed restoration, these organizations show up for Oregon in a big way. We're honored to help support their missions, one can and bottle at a time.

Give these amazing orgs a follow to see the impact for yourself! 🚛

Look at this haul! 👀 Necanicum Watershed Council's volunteers turned out big for their Cans for Coho cleanup at Hood to Coast, using Blue Bags to recycle everything they collected. Proud to support cleanup work like this that keeps Oregon's beaches and waterways thriving. Thank you, NWC! 🌊♻️
