We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team in Forest Park, IL. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in both residential and commercial spaces.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
Empty trash receptacles and replenish cleaning and sanitation supplies
Safely handle and maintain cleaning equipment and tools
Use appropriate cleaning products and techniques based on client needs
Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled deadlines
Deliver professional, courteous service while addressing client needs
Qualifications:
Proficiency in general cleaning techniques such as vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
Knowledge of proper use and care of cleaning tools, equipment, and products
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high cleanliness standards
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
Physical stamina to handle standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions
Ability to follow safety guidelines and hygiene standards
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
Background check & drug screen is required for this position.
