We are accepting applications for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. You will be working in a team at a consistent location in O'Fallon, MO Monday through Friday for 3 hours each night.
SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday 3 Hours a Night (5 to 8 pm)
Additional hours will be available from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
-This position is physically demanding, and you must be able to lift / move 30 lbs. repeatedly.
-CONSISTENT AVAILABILITY IS CRUCIAL so you must have backup plans in place when personal emergencies arise.
-Clear background check
-Ability to pass a drug test.
-Verifiable references.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Consistent, attentive, thorough, sanitary, and healthy cleaning. Following job scope to make sure the job is done properly. Follow our training manual and cleaning methods.
2. Communicate changes to the schedule, report safety issues, and keep an open eye for any jobsite problems (even if we didn't cause them).
3. Be timely and efficient. Keep an accurate timesheet.
4. Maintain clean equipment. Keep a clean jobsite and janitor closet.
5. Respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients.
6. Work alongside other Claria team members to meet sometimes changing customer needs.
7. Quickly adapt to new methods or duties depending on client needs and changes.

-Must be organized and enjoy having systems to guide you

COMPENSATION:
$11.50 to $12 per hour to start. Paid weekly.
Performance and pay review after 90 days and again at 1 year.
Retirement contribution after one year. Up to 3% company match.
Voluntary benefits available after 90 days
