A gentle reminder of the difference between a Loan Signing Agent and a standard notary public. I handle both types of transactions in North Texas.

Please find my rate sheet provided to understand what type of signing you will need.

A loan signing agent can make $75 to $200 per job or appointment. A loan signing agent is simply a notary public who walks a borrower through a set of loan documents when they purchase or refinance their home and that process usually takes about an hour.

Clients needing Commercial or Real Estate documents notarized, MUST present the packets in their entirety. As an LSA I am responsible for witnessing you sign, date and initial every paper, regardless of whether it contains notarial wording. Incomplete document packets will not be executed.
