Embracing change can be tough! I completely understand. Last weekend, our community yard sale served as a powerful reminder to let go and trust the Bless and Release process. As I always coach my clients to release attachment to material possessions. I found myself in need of that same guidance. I was finally ready to release a little table with two chairs that held sentimental value, having belonged to my grandmother. I'd held onto it for years, but it was time to set it free. This lovely family has given me the gift of knowing that grandma's table will continue to bring joy to their grandkids as they color and do puzzles. This sweet lady even gave me a hug. It's a beautiful reminder that letting go can lead to new beginnings and opportunities for growth. It was hard, but my heart felt good.
