Drill of the day
Distance: 5, 10, 15, 25, 40 yards (moving back to each yard line) 1st string
Distance: 40, 25, 15, 10, 5 yards (moving forward to each yard line) 2nd string
Time: combine of both string
Beginner: 45 seconds<
Intermediate: 35 seconds<
Advanced: 30 seconds<
Target: 1 (USPSA or something you can scored) A=5, C=3, D=1
Course of fire: from a holster, draw and fire 1 round and reload while moving to the next location, and fire the next round at the next distance, reload while move to next with total of 5 rounds and repeat with another 5 rounds. Two string totals of 10 rounds with possible 50 points, point divide your time to get your hit factor.
