1. In a world of temu resellers, it shows your customers that you are the true artist behind your work. This also builds trust between you and your customer which helps with sales.
2. It will give you something to do to stay off of your phone if you’re bored. Being on your phone tends to drive customers away and is easily distracting for you. This could make you lose out on potential sales.
3. On the other hand, no one wants to approach a vendor who seems pushy or overly attentive. Make conversation and be polite, but staring someone down as they’re shopping may make them uncomfortable and push them away. Crocheting offers something to pay attention to without seeming like you don’t care about the customer at all.
