We are currently located in the Northern Colorado area, Fort Collins to be exact. Our shop has operated at this location for almost 10 years now(40 years as Larimer Electric Motor)but we have decided it’s best for us to move closer South of FoCo as overhead costs in the area have skyrocketed as the years go by.

We are actively looking for a shop for lease between Windsor & Erie. Please let us know if you know of a space or know someone that can help us find a new shop.

Ideally we are looking for the following:

-Easy in & out access for a semi/trailers for deliveries
-Customer parking either up front, side or back
-Must have 230v - 3ph power supply or willing to install in unit prior to move-in
-2,500-3,500 total sq ft. In size
-Must be able to be industrial/flex use
-Must have overhead door big enough for a regular size warehouse forklift
-$4000 a month or less

When your HVAC system stops working, the financial burden can be overwhelming. With the rising cost of everything else around us you can guarantee an HVAC repair won’t be cheap.

Here at Edyssen Electric, we strive to offer our customers quality/reputable replacement condenser, blower & inducer motors for those who are wanting to save money by doing these repairs themselves without a technician coming out for service. This in turns saves our customers hundreds in costly repairs.

Not only do we sell replacement motors but we also repair/rebuild them. We do charge a $50 deposit(due at time of dropoff, this also goes towards repairs if needed) but this will include us testing the windings, connections, switches, capacitor(s) & checking bearings. An estimate of parts & labor will then be created if motor is repairable.

As far as HVAC parts & accessories, we sell a variety of capacitors(single or dual) fan blades, blower wheels, motor brackets, bearings & more.
