I wanted to thank everyone who has already joined our group and wanted to become a part of something recognizable, but also unique and different. I mentioned to the group on Monday that I am not just looking to fill seats in order to start a chapter, but that I want high quality people so that I go out of my way just to find out additional things my clients or friends might need help with, in order to connect them to additional resources that could solve more needs.
I also want to focus on including other chapter leaders in our growth as we support each other and make Northern Colorado an even better top performer! I connected with a few chapter presidents this morning to share that vision of what I intend to do here and I am glad to hear they are supportive and open! Thank you Ashley Doebbeling and Chris Chavez.
A stronger community is what we are all after and by supporting each other further, we not only extend our reach, but strengthen our individual chapters simply by knowing more people. I don't look at people as competition, I look at them as an additional resource.
I apologize for not taking pictures at the Coffee Connections event that Master Networks High Performers hosted this morning, so feel free to share or tag us in order to show what it looks like at these events when our groups as a whole come together if you don't mind.
The Master Networks Windsor group won most of the prize giveaways and they celebrated with a lot of pictures so let's see those as well. MaryAnne Budden looking at you.
A special thanks to Alicia Squared - HR & Marketing Consulting for the continued support and initial push for me to get started, along with Elizabeth Atkins Remax as the cofounder and Vice President of this group, and Legalshield Independent Associate - Lisa Melville for your weekly commitment to help run this while working on members.
I hope everyone had fun and connections were made! I am excited to be a part of this and can assure you, we are only getting started. Thanks to everyone for your continued support, Chad Phyle.
