We are looking for a warehouse worker to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. We are a very small team of friendly individuals and would like to hire a new member to our small, but growing company. Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and organizing and baling clothes.

Responsibilities

Sort clothes and shoes
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Skills

Working experience as a warehouse worker
Great Communication skills
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift heavy objects (20lbs - 50lbs) constantly
Driving a forklift (e.g., performing basic operations such as driving forwards, driving backwards, lifting and lowering boom, maneuvering in tight areas without damaging product, etc.)

Working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically, etc.)

Experience working in a team environment (e.g., cooperating with co-workers, joint problem solving, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour

Driver- Box Truck, Non-CDL

We are currently looking to fill the position of Non-CDL Driver for our supply and pick up operations. This is a full time position with lots of room for growth.

• Driver will be operating a box truck/ pallet jack daily
• Must have 2 years minimum experience driving box trucks
• Will be required to coordinate with office personnel and clients
• Must be able to deliver orders per schedule
• Must be able to lift up to 20-50 lbs. routinely
• Obtain Medical Card (once hired)
• Must have a Valid Drivers License
• Required use of ELD’s. (ELD OJT available)
• Accommodate clothing pick ups, perform loading and unloading operations
• Driving areas typically include: Denver Metro Area, Casper WY, Ridgeway, Rifle, Colorado Springs, Pagosa, etc..

*Pay rate is $20 per hour, bi-weekly pay schedule

- Upon hire, the driver will need to take a UA (drug screening test) and need to get a DOT med card (we will schedule it for you)

This position will require attending scheduled meetings with colleagues and/or clients. The Business Coordinator must be able to efficiently coordinate with operations team’s (logistics, finance, supply and production, etc..) Must respond in a timely fashion to the corporate office with all manor of business conducted on behalf of the company. Must be ambitious, and devote full attention towards positive progress and growth with, and for the company.

Pay is $28 per hour, biweekly pay schedule.

Increase volume of supply and quantity of suppliers
Ability to lift 25-50 lbs repetitively
Coordinate with staff and outside organizations, occasionally 3rd party vendors
Further develop organizational procedures and systems
Develop new relationships with non-profit organizations
Oversee the daily sales operations and track KPI’s
Help grow the organization as a key team member
Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Must have strong negotiation skills, and excellent people skills
Supply management/ Logistics experience preferred
Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment
Proficient with with Microsoft programs, use of PC software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with a forklift is a plus
