Headwaters Marketing & Innovation Why wait years when we can help now? A long time ago I remember hearing a profound statement "Too bad business is not designed for people".

While our health is #1 we need to rebound enabling humanity, integrity, trust, inclusion, a culture for innovation & outstanding relevance.- all overdue - now crucial as success follows earned stakeholder significance. I always applied marketing as a bridge that on one side invested to understand how people defined trust and value and on the other side how to position organizations and all size co

mpanies to capitalize by delivering it. Needless to say, that approach defied conventional spin and hyperbole marketing that many still practice today. But now, in the midst of a major trust crisis, business has to be designed for people across internal and external factors and as one value connected ecosystem. I am among the pioneers of systems thinking and ecosystem scanning as been applying it for HP since 1990 under the radar yet spot on with what markets responded to 2X to 10X greater than all expectation. We have had 97% response rates to communications where most are pleased with a 1% response...why, because we took the time to shape a significant, honest value. Today after many decades of shaping leading edge, high impact marketing programs and continuing a lifelong passion to define value as value delivery "systems" that all benefit by supporting, we are in a rare position to advise companies no matter their level of expertise, to an even higher value and performance. We are redefining some system solutions to deliver that human-inspired, inclusive, dynamic path to building value, trust, growth and pride internally and externally. Rare...you can bet it is. But the bet I want you to make is that you can matter, you can adapt & thrive by being part of a business designed for people. We do not take on clients that are not interested in embracing the values driving change in this new economy. We also respect internal teams thus providing them a better path to shifting core skills into this new mindset that breeds value and success. We also understand the fallacy of disconnected functions, disconnected leadership, and isolated solutions as adding to business dysfunctionality, so we created a more naturally integrated model that is human-centric to apply and that clearly previews the organization that will matter hereon moving forward.
