CAMA and Eldon James Corp hosted "Inside Colorado Manufacturing: Workforce, Leadership & the Future of Industry" — bringing together over 75 attendees for a look at the economic conditions, leadership decisions, and workforce strategies shaping Colorado's manufacturing sector.

Nick Sly, VP, Economist, and Denver Branch Executive at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, opened with remarks before moderating a panel with Marcia Coulson, President of Eldon James, and other Colorado manufacturing and business leaders. The conversation covered changing market conditions, workforce pressures, investment and growth, and the outlook for manufacturing across the state.

A second panel introduced the Smart Automation Certification Alliance (SACA), covering how its industry-driven certifications support skills-based hiring and help prepare students and incumbent workers for careers in automation, robotics, industrial maintenance, and controls.
