Business colleagues....I hate to post this here but has to so you all can be aware of.
I am very disappointed with Southwest Airlines. During my business trips, I was able to earn LOTS of points. Then I got really sick for months and unable to use any points, not even to go online using the computer. SOUTHWEST AIRLINES erased all my points (at least 120,000points). Yes, 120,000 points I earned the past few years were gone and Southwest Airline refused to put it back into my account. I guess my points were expired due to no activity.
Now I refuse to fly with SOUTHWEST. As a matter a fact, i just had a-20 year reunion in August and told all my families NOT TO FLY SOUTHWEST.
