Background: InnoP LLC is registered as global incubation and acceleration company in Colorado since 2018. The focus of InnoP is to nurturing innovation and creating high impact ventures. InnoP's connectivity expands beyond the U.S., accelerating startups in Bioscience and Healthcare, AgTech, IoT, Cleantech, and Big Data core clusters, globally.

InnoP’s management consulting provides feasibility studies, technology transfer (joint venture, or the licensee), financial access, and investment advisory services. Market analysis, validating business model, price benchmarking, B2B networking, and trade summits are critical inherent areas of InnoP.

Internship Duties: The intern will be responsible for conducting various duties including, but not limited to, market research, community engagement, building a list of local startup and small businesses, business promotion via social media, assisting in recruiting new business venture, project development and management, and business event planning. Recruiting of students from high school/college for the idea-market class will be the additional duty. Also, to work on Investment and venture capital research

Desirable Qualifications: Applicants should possess a background or interest in marketing, startups, and innovation. A people person's skill set, market intelligence, technical writing, and project management is preferred. Local perspective and an interest in social, green, and sustainable enterprises is a plus.

Internship Details: The internship will provide excellent insight into the business startup world and will serve as good foundational training for marketing, business promotion, recruiting program development, and project management. We request a minimum commitment of 20 hours a week, but scheduling is flexible and can include a variety of weekdays or weekends. The option to work remotely if necessary may also be a possibility.
