Joe Mivshek - Realtor Colorado Real Estate/ Franchise Consultant / Helping people start their own business and helping people navigate their way in real estate

I am a local realtor having lived in Colorado for 30+ years. During that time I have coached hundreds of young athletes and I know my community. I would love to help you buy and or sell a home for you and your family. I have four children and my wife Kristin helps me with our HOME team approach. Thanks and I look forward to speaking with you.

Most people think a realtor’s job is:• scheduling showings• unlocking homes• writing offers

That’s only a small part of what actually matters.

A strong realtor becomes part strategist, part negotiator, part project manager, part psychologist and part problem solver during one of the biggest financial decisions a person will make.

Communication is the key with my clients, they should never feel confused, ignored, or left guessing what happens next. I love to use the phone and call, many realtors now just text.

Market Knowledge: Not just home prices, but understanding: • inventory shifts• buyer behavior• negotiation leverage• financing impacts• pricing strategy

Negotiation SkillsWinning deals is not always about offering the highest price. Terms, timing, contingencies, and presentation matter more than many buyers realize.

Problem SolvingEvery transaction has obstacles. Inspections, appraisals, financing delays, title issues, repairs. Good agents stay calm and solution focused when pressure rises.

Honesty Sometimes the best advice a realtor can give is: "This may not be the right home.”

The best realtors are not trying to “sell” people. They are trying to guide people correctly.

Quite interesting. I am a baby boomer too

Baby boomers and the Silent Generation control 34.1% of U.S. housing stock, owning 29.6 million homes worth $13.8 trillion, despite making up just 18% of the population, according to a new NAHB analysis. Americans over 65 have a homeownership rate of 78.6%. As this generation ages and downsizes, the release of that housing stock could significantly reshape local markets, though the impact will vary widely by region.
