💙 Come Care With Us at Cornerstone Caregiving! 💙

We recently gathered our incredible caregivers for an appreciation luncheon, and while the food, gifts, and laughter were wonderful, our favorite part was simply getting to know better the people behind the care.

We asked our caregivers why they chose to become in-home caregivers, and their answers reminded us just how special this work truly is. One caregiver said, "I feel like I was born with the drive to care for others."

For many, caregiving is personal. They’ve cared for a parent, grandparent, spouse, or loved one first. Others simply have a heart for helping people feel safe, valued, comfortable, and cared for in their own homes.

Cornerstone Caregiving is proud to accept VA referrals for Homemaker/Home Health Aide (H/HHA) and Respite Care services for eligible Veterans. Through VA-authorized care, Veterans may be able to receive in-home support at little to no out-of-pocket cost, depending on eligibility and authorization.

Our caregivers can assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, medication reminders, companionship, respite care, and other daily needs, all with the goal of helping Veterans remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.

If you are a Veteran or know a Veteran who may qualify for VA-funded in-home care, we can help you understand the referral process and connect you with the appropriate VA resources.

🍂💜 Yesterday was all about our amazing CAREGIVERS! 💜🍂

We had such a wonderful time welcoming our caregivers into the Cornerstone Caregiving office for a little fall appreciation! 🍕🍁

Our caregivers spend every day giving their time, compassion, patience and heart to others - so we wanted to turn the tables and show them a little love! We enjoyed lunch, handed out new Cornerstone T-shirts and gifts, shared some laughs, and most importantly, had the chance to simply say THANK YOU.

We are incredibly proud of the team we are building and so grateful for the difference these amazing people make in the lives of our clients and their families.
