Here is some important information to read before your appointment with Yaz Carpet Cleaning- -Please thoroughly vacuum the area to be cleaned prior to our arrival. This includes any upholstery to be cleaned. -If there is any furniture on the carpet to be cleaned we will work around the furniture. You are welcome to move any furniture before our arrival; however we cannot move furniture for you. -We will require access to your kitchen sink for water. -We will require access to three outlets on three separate circuits. -If you schedule an appointment for upholstery, please ensure your furniture is not dry clean only. -We are currently not offering special stain treatments. -Note that while we are operating the machines there will be a lot of noise. -There is a drying period of about eight hours. We recommend not using the carpet or upholstery during the drying period. -We only accept cash for payment. -If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment we ask that you give us six hours notice.
