Due to retirement we are looking to fulfill a full-time office assistant to add to our team. This position would entail daily interaction with customers over the phone, entering customer and service information into CRM software, reviewing technician paperwork for accuracy, and other general office type duties. Required Skills:
Good telephone skills
Good computer skills and proficient in MS products (Word, Excel, Etc.)
Must be detail oriented
Must be able to multitask
Experience in accounting is a plus.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
