As a speaker, Avery encourages business owners, young adults, and youths to push past their circumstances and always strive for success. Avery is a certified public accountant, an MBA graduate with a concentration in business analytics, a wife, a mom, and a youth leader in ministry. Avery considers herself to be a byproduct of dysfunction given her experience growing up in conditions that statistics would say produce addicts, murderers, or promiscuity. Her goal is to inspire, motivate, and encourage everyone she meets to relinquish fear, shame, and blame to seize opportunities through faith.
