The neighbors in the unit above are not in town but the toilet started leaking below. We had a plumber repair the issue and now it is solved for both unit owners and avoided a lot of damage.

Condo Watch of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the sixth year.

Owners David and Inci Magden moved from Cleveland, Ohio, in 2013 to beautiful Fort Lauderdale to get away from the cold winters and live the tropical life full-time. Once settled in their new home, other residents of their condominium building suggested that they run for the board of their condo association. David served on the board as the Treasurer and then the President for four years, learning the aspects of the systems of the building, maintenance, and condo rules and laws.

Before moving to Florida, David owned an international shipping and logistics business with many IATA, TSA, and government security clearances. Prior to this, he owned an automobile parts business that imported and exported parts domestically and all over the world.

Inci is originally from Turkey, where she worked for airlines for her entire career and where she had the highest security clearances. She worked for many years for British Airways and El-Al Airlines, working with passengers and air freight.

David and Inci take pride in the same ethics (hard work, honesty, attention to detail, and communication) that are key to their daily personal lives as well as in business. Many owners in their building trusted them to watch their units while they were away. David says, “We listened to our neighbors’ recommendations and started Condo Watch, Inc.”
