We are a global and dynamic company specializing in the trade and overhaul of aircraft parts, with international operations and an annual turnover exceeding $20 million. Operating in a complex commercial environment, we maintain active interfaces with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies worldwide.
Job Description:
โ€ข Full responsibility for the companyโ€™s bookkeeping up to trial balance
โ€ข Managing financial operations with both domestic and international stakeholders (clients, suppliers, partners)
โ€ข Bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, monthly and quarterly closings
โ€ข Responsibility for reporting to authorities (VAT, withholding tax, etc.)
โ€ข Ongoing collaboration with external auditors
โ€ข Cash flow control and forecasting
โ€ข Handling foreign currency income and multi-currency transactions
Requirements:
โ€ข Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an independent bookkeeper up to trial balance โ€“ mandatory
โ€ข Demonstrated experience in commercial companies with an annual turnover of $20M+ โ€“ mandatory
โ€ข Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP/Oracle systems โ€“ mandatory
โ€ข High-level English (reading and writing) โ€“ mandatory
โ€ข Experience working with international partners โ€“ significant advantage
โ€ข Certified Bookkeeper Level 3 โ€“ mandatory
Advantages:
