🇺🇲 FBR Aviation held a training session on its Integrity Program, focused on the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct, reinforcing the importance of understanding and applying, in daily activities, the guidelines that shape the company’s internal and external relations.

Conducted by the legal team, with the support of Andrade Maia law firm, the training addressed key principles to support decision-making, prevent misconduct and strengthen a culture based on respect, responsibility, transparency and trust.

During the session, FBR Aviation CEO Danielle Adornato highlighted the importance of fostering an ethical and safe environment, guided by respect in relationships and responsibility in actions. She also emphasized that each professional plays an essential role in building an ethical culture aligned with the company’s values.

The initiative is part of FBR Aviation’s actions to disseminate good practices, strengthen its culture of integrity and encourage an increasingly safe, ethical and responsible workplace.
