20 YEARS. What an incredible milestone.
There’s a reason our company is called LK & Associates.
For me, the word “Associates” has always meant something. LK has been built on relationships — with our manufacturers, our dealers, our industry partners, and especially among the people who make up our team. Our Associates are the ones who represent who we are and what we stand for every single day.
Today, I’m incredibly proud to celebrate Anel Bayon and her 20th anniversary with LK.
For two decades, Anel has embodied what I want LK & Associates to stand for. Her loyalty, dedication, work ethic, character, and genuine commitment to our company and the people around her have made an immeasurable impact on LK.
Twenty years together is more than an employment anniversary. Anel has grown with LK, helped shape our culture, been there through countless changes and milestones, and has played an important role in making us the company we are today.
When you build a company, you hope to surround yourself with great people who care about the business and each other. We have been incredibly fortunate to have Anel be one of those people for the past 20 years.
Anel, thank you for believing in LK, for everything you have given to this company, and for continuing to represent what being an LK Associate is all about.
Congratulations on 20 years! We are very lucky to have you.
