Dual Starlink Performance Kits, clean install on a motor yacht in Fort Lauderdale.

If your yacht is running between South Florida and the Caribbean, “good enough” internet is what ruins owner trips and charter reviews. Marine Data Solutions engineers Starlink Performance Kit systems specifically for yachts that need business-grade marine internet.

We handle the full stack: Starlink hardware placement, Starlink airtime, clean cabling, Peplink 5G routing, marina WiFi integration, VLANs, and remote monitoring so owners, guests, and crew stay online when the schedule cannot slip.

If you run or manage an 60–280 ft yacht through Fort Lauderdale and want a proper Starlink Performance Kit install with real support behind it, call us and ask for a yacht internet review with our team.

The part guests never see.

These internet and entertainment rack on a Westport 130 in West Palm Beach are where the yacht’s internet and network actually live – Starlink, 5G/LTE, MDS Blender, marina WiFi, switches, power, and control in one place so the captain is not chasing mystery outages during owner trips.

Our team at Marine Data Solutions is building and tuning the full marine internet hybrid stack here so the boat can run business use, crew traffic, and streaming without constant babysitting.

If you run an 60–180 ft yacht between South Florida and the Bahamas and want a straight review of your current internet and onboard network, send us a message and ask for a Yacht Network Vessel Review.

Another Starlink installation underway in Fort Lauderdale.
Marine Data Solutions installs and integrates Starlink Performance Kit systems for yachts throughout South Florida, including Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Miami and the surrounding marine community.
A proper marine Starlink installation is more than mounting the antenna. We look at antenna location, obstructions, cable routing, network integration and how the system will work with the vessel’s existing onboard internet system.
For yachts that need additional reliability, Starlink can also be integrated with 5G, dockside WiFi and the MDS Blender to create a multi-WAN yacht internet system with automatic failover.

High-Speed Yacht Internet with Starlink, 5G & MDS Blender
Another custom yacht internet and onboard network system by Marine Data Solutions.
This installation integrates Starlink, 5G, and the MDS Blender to provide multiple internet sources through one managed vessel network. The rack also supports the yacht’s onboard network, DirecTV receivers, Crestron control equipment, and other communications systems.
The MDS Blender can combine multiple internet sources while providing automatic failover and centralized management for the vessel’s internet system.
Marine Data Solutions provides yacht internet systems, Starlink installations, 5G, onboard networks, and 24/7 support for yachts throughout Fort Lauderdale, South Florida, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean.

When yacht internet “just works,” this is what it usually looks like behind the scenes.

This rack is running a Marine Data Solutions Blender with satellite, 5G/LTE, and onboard network hardware working together so the captain, guests, and crew stay online underway.

We design and support yacht internet systems that:

Combine Starlink, 5G/LTE, marina WiFi, and VSAT where needed
Use intelligent bonding and automatic failover to keep owner and charter trips online
Give the whole yacht a stable, managed network with 24/7 remote support
If you run an 70–180 ft motor yacht between South Florida, the Bahamas, or the Caribbean and want enterprise‑style internet on board, talk with Marine Data Solutions about a Free Yacht Internet & WiFi Evaluation.

09/15/2026

If your 70–200+ ft yacht runs between South Florida and the Bahamas, picking a Starlink plan is only half the story.

The real difference is how the antennas, cabling, 5G, routers, WiFi, and failover are engineered to work together. That is why some yachts with the same Starlink hardware have smooth trips while others fight dropouts and slowdowns.

We just published a practical guide to Starlink marine packages in Florida: which plans exist, when to use more than one Starlink system, and why many Florida yachts should pair Starlink with 5G instead of relying on a single connection.

Read the guide and request a Vessel Network Review to see what makes sense for your yacht and routes.
