We had such a great time connecting, catching up, and welcoming new faces at Rebel W**e Bar!

A special thank you to our featured business owner, Ekta Lund of Delta Physical Therapy, for sharing her expertise and helping us better understand the importance of pelvic floor health, physical therapy, and taking a whole-body approach to wellness.

We're excited to introduce our featured business owner for our October 14th Sip & Socialize Networking Event—Ekta Lund!
Ekta is the owner of Delta Physical Therapy, a boutique physical therapy practice specializing in pelvic floor health, orthopedic conditions, and wellness.

Working one-on-one with women and men, Ekta helps clients navigate concerns ranging from pelvic pain and bladder or bowel issues to pregnancy and postpartum recovery, painful in*******se, core dysfunction, and orthopedic injuries.
Her approach looks beyond the location of a symptom to understand how the body works as a whole. Through hands-on manual therapy, movement, and exercise, she helps clients better understand their bodies and get back to the activities that matter to them.

Despite the rain, we had a great meet-up with some of our members & community partners at proofwiltonmanors for their Gurl Dinner 🍸

At our upcoming Rosé & Hustle networking events, we’re opening the mic to female entrepreneurs who want to share their story, spotlight their business, and give our community something valuable to take away.

Our Networking Feature is a 15–20 minute opportunity to:

• Tell us how you got here
• Share what you do and who you serve
• Highlight your business
• Teach or educate our audience on something connected to your expertise
• Connect with other women in business in a female-only environment

This is an opportunity to put a face and story behind your business, share what you know, and build meaningful connections with the women in the room.

Last night was a vibe.

How wonderful it is to make time & space to connect with other human beings in person.

Our featured business owner, Carmen Bolívar | Leadership Development Coach, guided us to check in with ourselves in different areas of our lives through her mini-teach, and later in the evening we had a chance to share stories and get to know each other better. All in the cozy comfort of one of our favorite vibey female-owned w**e bars - Rebel W**e Bar.
