From zero boats on opening day (June 1, 2025) ➝ to 90% capacity today. 💪
It’s been nothing but blood, sweat, tears, investment, planning, and pure determination to bring this marina to life.

This week, we added 5 new pilings — unlocking 100% operational capacity:
⚓ 2 slips for yachts up to 75 ft
⚓ 5 slips for yachts up to 55 ft
⚓ 6 small boat slips

And guess what? 👀
We still have ONE slip left before we’re officially at full capacity.

From dead water to a thriving dock in just months — this is what hustle looks like. 🚤🔥
